ONE MORE DAY!

we've done so much this past 6 months, and since we first got danse there has been lots of improvement. don't worry about tomorrow, just get out on the stage and enjoy the few moments you have on it. it'll be the last time we get to play danse and overture as a section. even though you're hating it now, you're going to miss it over the big break.

remember to report by 7, and to bring your chocolate bar! (i know you guys probably won't do milk..so)

6 more days!! hang in there guys, 6 more days and a long long break for you. but for NOW, pls take care of yourself, don't come on syf day with a swollen eye or bleeding lips or something. treat yourself with care, then go wild aft syf le.. :D

its probably been super tiring for everyone, me included. but it's only going to last for this little while more. do your best on syf day itself, and cherish all the moments in band you have now, because this is the only syf09 your going to get. try to get as much as you can from this experience. even if the results are not what you expected, at least you have learnt, gained something from the experience..

anyways just enjoy yourself, do your best, and leave the results in God's hands! :)

10 more days to SYF!

Actually SYF isn't a competition.
It's a JUDGING.
a judgement day to see where our band stand.
But due to some reasons or another...
People treat it as a competition between bands.

Anyway the SCH rehearsal that lasted for 4hours is over!
How I wish that's our band room, LOL.
Anyway I was wondering what made up the good acoustics of the hall.
It's like damn cool, haha!
If its because of the reflective panels or whatever you call that,
why is there gaps between the panels?

Even though our best may not be 100%,

practice hard. there are a few good bands that day, can go bandfusion.sg to see if you want.

sorry for getting angry at you guys today. it wasn't my place to be angry with you ppl.

that's basically the reason why i'm posting. i don't have much else to say except that. asking for your forgiveness.

just a note for overture.. FLUTES! and OBOE pls observe DYNAMICS and articulation. and the rests are there for a reason. our instrument quite high-pitched, and the hall at SCH will seriously make it obvious if you don't watch out for the rests and articulation and... ya, that stuff.

ok, that's it. practice hard ppl! We only have a month to get ready for SYF le.
